JDB540 thermal conductive silicone grease
JDB540 thermal conductive silicone grease, as a medium for heat transfer, has excellent thermal conductivity, good lubrication and electrical insulation, as well as good resistance to high and low temperatures; With low viscosity and good construction performance, this product is based on polysiloxane and supplemented with high thermal conductivity fillers. It is non-toxic, odorless, and non corrosive, meeting RoHS directives and relevant environmental requirements, and has stable chemical and physical properties.

Widely used as a heat transfer medium for long-term protection of sensitive electrical components: between CPUs, GPUs and heat sinks, chips and chipsets, LED lighting equipment, power supplies and UPS, LCD and PDP flat panel displays, communication products, etc. This product is particularly suitable for components with high heat dissipation requirements.
Usage method
Instructions for use

● Firstly, clean the surface to be coated, then stir the thermal conductive mud evenly, and then apply it to the contact surface of the product using a spot coating method. After the operation is completed, the unused products should be sealed and stored in a timely manner. Depending on the amount used, a suitable amount of hose can be manually squeezed for use, or a dedicated extruder can be installed for extrusion.


matters needing attention

● Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. The thickness of adhesive application should not exceed 6mm, and avoid contact with eyes when applying adhesive;

● This product is non-toxic and non hazardous, and can be handled and transported according to general chemicals;

● After the product is opened, the shelf life for storage is 6 months;

● Please refer to the MSDS of this product before use.
