JDB7180W silicone sealant
JDB7180W is a single component dealcoholized room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber that undergoes room temperature curing with moisture in the air. The deep curing speed is fast, and the surface of the component can be cleaned after about four hours. Good sealing performance, with good adhesion to metal, aluminum, glass, TPT/TPE backing, and junction box plastic PPO/PA. The conventional mechanical properties and aging mechanical properties are excellent, and it has good compatibility with various types of EVA. The unique rheological system design ensures the good construction process and deformation resistance of the colloid.
Feature
● The product has a short surface drying time (≤ 15min) and fast deep curing, which is conducive to rapid bonding;

● Excellent adhesion performance, with good adhesion to most metals, plastics, ceramics, and glass;

● Excellent weather resistance, moisture resistance, and heat resistance; Good electrical insulation performance;

● Stable mechanical and electrical performance within the range of -50 ℃ to 200 ℃. Fully comply with the requirements of the EU ROHS Directive.

Usage method
Instructions for use

● Clean and dry the surface of the object being glued.

● Extrude the adhesive with a special tool and apply it to the cleaned joint surface.

● Usually cured at room temperature and relative humidity of 30% -80%, the physical properties can reach over 90% of the full performance within 24-72 hours. The product is not suitable for highly enclosed or deep curing.


matters needing attention

● Before use, please refer to the MSDS in detail.

● The construction site must maintain good air flow.

● Wear protective equipment such as goggles, specialized gloves, shoes, and hats.

● Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidentally touching the skin, wipe it clean with a dry towel and wash it thoroughly with soap; If you accidentally come into contact with your eyes, immediately rinse with clean water, and if necessary, go to the hospital for examination.

● After use, the rubber hose of this product should be sealed for storage and reuse. This product is for industrial use only.


Packaging specifications

● 100ml/piece plastic or aluminum tube packaging, packed in boxes of 100 pieces.

● 300ml/tube, 24 pieces per box.

● 2600ml/bottle, 4 bottles per box.


Storage and transportation

● Store away from children.

● This product should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight. The temperature should be below 28 ℃ and the relative humidity should be below 60%. The shelf life is 6 months. The production batch number and shelf life can be found in the rubber hose.

● This product is non hazardous and is stored and transported as a general chemical.
