JDB7901 silicone adhesive sealant

JDB7901 is a solvent free, corrosion-free single component silicone adhesive sealant. When placed in humid air and cured at room temperature, it does not drip, has continuity of adhesion, and has excellent adhesion to various substrates. After curing, it will become a flexible silicone rubber.

● Absorbs moisture from the air and solidifies at room temperature, making it easy to use;

● It has long-term adhesive properties for commonly used materials such as aluminum, PPO, Tedlar backboard, etc. And it has excellent flexibility, moisture-proof and shockproof functions, preventing water vapor, environmental erosion, as well as mechanical, thermal shock, UV light and other damage;

● Excellent ozone, UV, weather and aging resistance, suitable for use at -45 ℃ to 200 ℃.

● Bonding, sealing, and fixing of optoelectronic components;

Usage method

Instructions for use

● Clean and dry the surface of the adhesive object, and remove any pollutants such as rust, dust, and oil that may affect adhesion.

● Extrude the adhesive with a special tool and apply it to the cleaned joint surface.

● Under the condition of 23 ± 2 ℃/50 ± 5% humidity, the surface should dry within 20 minutes and cure for about 2 mm of adhesive thickness for 48 hours. Low temperature and dry climate conditions require an extension of curing time.

● Before use, please refer to the MSDS in detail.

● The construction site must maintain good air flow.

● Wear protective equipment such as goggles, specialized gloves, shoes, and hats.

● Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidentally touching the skin, wipe it clean with a dry towel and wash it thoroughly with soap; If you accidentally come into contact with your eyes, immediately rinse with clean water, and if necessary, go to the hospital for examination.

● After use, the rubber hose of this product should be sealed for storage and reuse. This product is for industrial use only.

Storage and transportation

● Store away from children.

● When stored unopened at or below 28 ° C, the product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of production.

● This product is non hazardous and is stored and transported as a general chemical.
